- co-founder and managing director of the Hiranandani Group of Companies,
- CMD – Hiranandani communities
- National Chairman- National Real Estate Development Council(NAREDCO)
- PROVOST – Hyderabad Sind National Collegiate(HSNC) University
- Past President – Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry(ASSOCHAM)
He is one of the largest real estate developers in India.
The Hiranandani Group is known for its involvement in residential and commercial real estate projects, creating integrated townships, and developing infrastructure.
He is known as “Builder Extraordinaire‟ and as the Man responsible for changing the skyline of Mumbai with the delivery of landmark project “Hiranandani Gardens” Powai.
Recently Niranjan Hiranandani is in news as instead of travelling via his luxurious cars, he opted to travel via local mumbai trains. Which left the passengers in the state of awe.
